1. Product Specifications - Size ranges from 17.6” diameter (all sizes) x .75” thick (10 lb plate), 1.25” thick (15 lb), 1.6” thick (25 lb), 2.4” thick (35 lb), 2.8” thick (45 lb), & 3.1” thick (55 lb). All sizes feature a 2” collar opening for Olympic style barbells.
2. Purpose - Increase overall health and fitness with our Sport Series Bumper Weight Plates, which is a must have for any home or garage gym set up. Designed with durable, low bounce technology and they can be dropped repeatedly without causing damage to your floors.
3. What’s Inside - (1) 45 lb bumper plate. All plates have weight signage in pounds and kilograms.
4. Usage - Use for strength training. Train for specific sports - Bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, Martial Arts, and more. Exercise with the plate only or slide on to 2” Olympic style barbells. We recommend using clamp collars to secure weight plates. NOTE 10 lb and 15 lb plates are not designed to be used alone - 10 lb and 15 lb plates will bend.
